What I did

Formulated the product concept and launched Tap Table: a guest mobile app and a B2B CRM for restaurants.
Conducted 1,500 customer development interviews with restaurant business representatives; validated hypotheses, defined MVP, and built the product roadmap.
Raised $100K in investment; generated $40K in revenue and 350 B2B sales.
Reached #43 in the App Store ranking.
Formed and led a cross-functional team: backend and frontend developers, QA, and designers.
Organized development processes: Scrum, two-week sprints, backlog and task management.
Oversaw UX/UI — designed user scenarios in Figma, coordinated interfaces and user flows.
